GOAL=mobile to 1080p HD in 2010

BROGGCAST.com will be ready for the switch in web information technology in 2010. Open-source investors and programmers, will become part of a new way to technically, and socially have content on this service.

HTML5-TV is here, and it is disrupting the future of other technologies, on all platforms and devices.

All of us can build BROGGCAST.com, into a new open-source media service, for open investment and participation.

What I do-not want it to turn into, is a vast wasteland of junk videos, and shock-blogging for attention, (I do-not want it to be a dumping-ground).

BROGGCAST.com will be a place where independent artists, education, etc.., will not have their work drowned in a sea of junk videos at the top of the listings.

I believe a open system of content selection, will allow everyone to upload material and post it, with easy access to the videos, while maintaining a great TV site.

Since this is a IPTV service, with future educational content, it has to draw the line on unacceptable content.

Advertising will be used, but in a very clean way, which does-not trash the look of the channels, and the overall TV site.

BROGGCAST.com will maintain a black background, with bright, easy to see text for TV viewing.

Currently, OGG-Theora streams very, very well, in fact so well that 1080p on OGGTV, will not require the chunk based streaming techniques, or specialized server-client bandwith protocols.

Since OGG-video is so light on the bandwith, mobile to 1080p is a natural fit.

This also allows a Viewer to manually choose the best resolution and bitrate desired.

With Gecko MPlayer, Firefox/SeaMonkey playback having great pre-fetching, on a already super-light video format, the viewing is skip-free.

Google Chrome/OS starts HTML5 videos lightning fast, without any skipping also.

Mobile, HTML5/embed and direct streaming, will be the main options in 2010.

So investing and participating in this company, will be at the right time, with the right technology.

Building a open-source champion on the web for everyone, will require a new way of thinking.

Since open-source groups will be involved, they will understand the best direction to take this service technically, and connect with the users.

The open-source technology on this service is completely open, therefore allowing this company to be open-source.

While OGGTV will stay 100% open-format, even the ads, It will be the standard soon anyway. HTML5 ads will be here, because of the mobile smartphones, and the avalanche of HTML5-TV services starting in 2010.
